Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.0184/2019 dated 21.05.2019, registered at P.S. Dwarka North for commission of offences under Section 363/366/376 IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Ms. Sujata Ray, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has already been discharged by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 21.02.2026 and, therefore, nothing survives in the present matter. 3.

Mr. Harshit Jain, learned amicus curiae also confirms the abovesaid development.

Since the petitioner has already been discharged before the learned Trial Court, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
