First Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners Rajesh Kumar Gupta and Mamta Gupta in case FIR No.112/2025 under Section 420/34 IPC registered at The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel for the Complainant is present. 3.

It is submitted that the parties have arrived at a Mediated Settlement dated 06.08.2025 whereby it has been agreed that the matter is compounded on payment of Rs.45 lakhs by the Petitioners to the Complainant, out of which Rs.10 lakhs have already been paid.

The Complainant submits that he has no objection to the grant of Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioners herein.

In view of the submissions made, it is hereby directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail by the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners shall furnish a personal bond each in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount from a family member to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer;

(ii) The petitioners shall furnish to the Investigating Officer a mobile number on which the petitioners may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times;

(iii) If the petitioners have a passport, they shall surrender the same to the Investigating Officer and shall not travel out of the country without prior permission of this court; (iv) The petitioners shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case.
