This Court on 14th August, 2024, had noted that the entire amount in dispute had been re-paid to the Complainant. At that stage, the Complainant stated that he had no objection to the quashing of the impugned FIR No. 122/2015 registered at EOW Delhi. The proceedings were, however, adjourned to enable the parties to place the necessary documents on record. Since then, there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners, as noted in orders dated 2nd September, 2024, 29th November, 2024 and 26th March, 2025. The position remains the same even today. 3.

Mr. Vijay Vikram Singh, APP for State, has pointed out that the names of the Petitioners were mentioned in Column No. 12 of the chargesheet and the Court has not taken cognizance against them. 4.

In the above circumstances, and considering the non-appearance on behalf of the Petitioners, it is evident that they have lost interest in pursuing the present petitions.

Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of for non-prosecution along with pending applications.
