The present petition assails order dated 21.03.2025 in CC NI Act no. 19324/2018 passed by the learned MM (NI Act) - 02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi -54, whereby the right of the petitioners to cross examine the respondent was closed.

It is submitted that on this date, the main counsel appearing for the petitioners was not available to conduct cross examination due to ongoing bar association elections.

It is submitted that the next date on which the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court is 06.11.2025, and that the respondent is not available on this date.
