The Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, to cancel the warrants issued against them vide Order dated 28.07.2023, in CT No. 4698/2023, a Petition under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, filed by the respondent, in which on account of non-appearance of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, bailable warrants were directed to be issued in the sum of Rs.5,000/- against them.

Learned counsel on being put a query, has submitted that the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have already put their appearance and have joined the proceedings, which are continuing.
