% 06.03.2018 CM No.8569/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking restoration of the present petition which was disposed of vide order dated 07.02.2018.

After hearing the petitioner, who appears in person, I see no reason to restore the petition since, I find that vide order dated 07.02.2018, while disposing of the petition, it had been specifically noted that the respondents have already made a detailed complaint with the local police, cyber cell and Crime Branch of Delhi Police and a copy of the said complaint dated 30-31.01.2018 had been duly supplied to the petitioner.

While disposing of the petition, a direction had also been issued to the police authorities to investigate the matter as expeditiously as

possible by following the procedure as per law. The petitioner submits that despite a complaint having been made by the respondent almost 4 weeks ago, the police have not taken any steps. Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice assures the Court that the respondent-complainant will send the requisite reminders to the police authorities to whom the complaint has been made for taking appropriate action and a copy of the reminder will be supplied to the petitioner.

The application is dismissed.
