This application has been filed by the appellant seeking directions to the respondent to release the attached property in view of the fact that the attachment order has been set aside by this Court vide its judgment dated 23.01.2026.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the judgment of this Court was passed on the basis of an earlier judgment of this Court in Anirudh Pratap Agarwal vs. DB] and the respondent has challenged the said judgment before the Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition ["SLP"], which is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. We are of the opinion that mere filing of a SLP cannot be a ground not to give effect to our judgment. Accordingly, we direct the respondent to release the attached property of the appellant within a period of three weeks. This, of course, shall be subject to any order that may be passed by the Supreme Court on the SLP filed by the respondent.
