Galileo International Inc. 2009 (2) TMI 497 (Del) as well as the assessee's case for previous years [Travelport L.P. USA v. CIT & connected matters, ITA Nos. 298-299/2016 & 302/2016, decided on 09.11.2016].

The appeals are accordingly dismissed.
