The petitioners are present in person today and have been identified by the Investigating Officer.

Respondent no.2 is not present.

Respondent no.3, Vicky has been produced through VC by the concerned Superintendent Jail and has been identified by Mr. Anil Kumar (1778) Warden of the Jail.

This Court has gone through the allegations levelled in the FIR as well as the MLC, which is placed on record.

Also, it has been jointly stated that the parties have reached the stage of compromise. Considering the seriousness of the allegations and the nature of the injuries, which are grievous in the present case, this Court is not inclined to quash the present FIR.
