The parties are at ad idem that the issue involved in these writ petitions is covered by the decision of division bench of this court in LPA 118/2024 titled as Indira Gandhi National Open University and Ors. Vs. Dr. T.R Srinivasan & Ors 2025/DHC/8801/DB.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the SLP against the LPA is being contemplated.

The issue as on date is decided against the petitioners. The writ petitions are disposed of in view of the decision of the division bench in Indira Gandhi National Open University and Ors. Vs.
