The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents for demolition of the unauthorized construction existing in the properties bearing H. Nos. 147 and 23A, Khasra No. 279, Saidulajab, New Delhi-110030.

Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that there is no ongoing construction, in the property in question and that the construction is old and the property is occupied. 3.
It is submitted that the property has already been booked and Show Cause Notice has already been issued to the owner/occupier of the property. 4.
It is further submitted that a hearing has also been granted to the owner/occupier of the property in this regard, which shall be concluded, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. expeditiously, within a period of six weeks, from today. 5.
Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, and after following the due process of law. 6.
In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner shall approach the Special Task Force ("STF") constituted by the Supreme Court, in terms of the orders dated 20th September, 2018 and 24th April, 2019, passed by the Division Bench in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors. in W.P.(C) 4649/2017, respectively.

Likewise, in case the owner/occupier of the property in question is aggrieved by any action of the MCD, he shall have the liberty to seek remedies, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
