In view of the above, I appoint Justice Sunder Lal Bhayana, Retired Judge of this Court (R/o F-4/2, 1st Floor, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, Mobile: 9871300028) as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement / Contract AT No. C-31 / SPG -Prov/ 2008(18)/ 3116 dated 29th March, 2012.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
