The present application has been filed by petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present contempt petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties in terms of order dated 18.01.2023. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 disputes the factum of settlement. However, he says that he has no objection in case petitioner withdraws the contempt petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner nevertheless seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
