Due to declaration of holiday on 25.11.2025 on account of 350th anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji's Martyrdom Day, the matter is taken up for hearing today.

By the present petition, the petitioner seeks leave to appeal against the judgment dated 30.10.2017, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, in Sessions Case No. 27274/2016 arising out of FIR no. 457/2013 for the offences under sections 307/306/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, whereby all the respondents were acquitted for the charges of 306/506/34 of the IPC.

This Court is already considering the appeals filed by Respondent Nos. 1 & 2, who were convicted for commission of the offences under Section 307/34 of the IPC, and their sentence was suspended in the year 2018.
