% 13.02.2018 1.

This writ petition makes a complaint that the official respondents are not managing the commercial vehicles properly at the point where they enter Delhi from neighbouring States.

2.

A specific instance of mismanagement of traffic relating to the entry point from Gurugram, Haryana especially where the toll collectors have been earmarked to collect toll from commercial vehicles has been pointed out.

3.

This writ petition has been filed without making any representation to the respondents and seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to the

authorities to take steps to ensure smooth flow of traffic while collecting toll from such vehicles on all borders of Delhi. 4.

The view on this issue has to be taken by the concerned respondents.

5.

We therefore dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat the same as a representation and take a view thereon. ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR, J FEBRUARY 13, 2018 av
