% 27.08.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail for a period of 8 weeks.

Pursuant to the last order, the medical papers of the petitioner have been verified by two hospitals namely Sant Parmanand Hospital and Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital.

As per the report of Sant Parmanad Hospital, documents have been found to be correct, whereas report of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital, states that the name mentioned in the OPD card is Saukat Singh, however, name has been changed manually and sign and stamp of the doctor is forged, so the particulars of treatment record could not be verified. This court has perused the documents of the petitioner and there is manual cutting in exhibit P-6, whereas in all other documents name and father's name of the petitioner are same. Therefore, the report filed by the Additional Medical Superintendent (OPD) of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash

Hospital is not proper.

Accordingly, I hereby extend the interim bail of the petitioner for a further period of 8 weeks, on the same terms and conditions, as was imposed vide order dated 05.07.2019.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Order dasti under signature of Court Master.
