This application has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings.

The Settlement Agreement dated 28th May, 2025 has been placed on record, which bears the signatures of all the parties in the suit. 4.
I have gone through the terms of settlement and find the same to be CS(OS) 552/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 13/08/2025 at 12:28:49

The parties are present in Court and affirm the contents of the Settlement Agreement as well as their signatures bearing thereon.. 6.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 7.
The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the counsel appearing for the parties as well as the Mediator, which resulted in the settlement being arrived at.

Application stands disposed of.
CS(OS) 552/2022 9.
In view of the order passed above in I.A. 19360/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 10.
The present application as well as the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.
11.
Decree sheet be drawn up in above terms.
12.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
13.
The date already fixed, i.e. 18th August, 2025 before Joint Registrar, stands cancelled.
