The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking extension of time to deposit the cost of ₹5,000/- each with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.

For the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the same is allowed.

The petitioners no. 1, 2 and 4 are granted two weeks' further time to deposit the cost of ₹5,000/- each with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, in compliance of the order dated 09.10.2025. 4.
