Learned APP, on the query of the Court and on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest, be released on furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO. The petitioners are directed to join and cooperate in the investigation, as and when called by the IO/SHO in writing; that the petitioners shall not commit any act which may prejudice the investigation. The petitioners are also directed not to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
