This is an application seeking modification of condition (vi) of the terms and conditions of the order dated 28.02.2024. 2.
It is stated by Mr. Agarwal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that in the present case after getting bail in the present FIR, the petitioner has shifted to Ayodhya and is residing with his wife, kids and mother. 3.
In view of the condition (vi) of the terms and conditions of the order dated 28.02.2024, the petitioner has to travel more than 500 kms once in every 2 weeks.
4.
It is further stated that in the present case, the investigation is complete, chargesheet has been filed and there is no reason why the petitioner should meet the IO/SHO once in every 2 weeks. 5.

allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature as he had impersonated as Secretary to the Law Minister and approached the learned Trial Court Judge.
6.
I am of the view that in the present case, chargesheet has already been filed and the trial is going on.
7.
The petitioner is now residing in Ayodhya and it is not practical, convenient or desirable for him to travel more than 500 kms once in every 2 weeks.
8.
For the said reasons, condition (vi) of the terms and conditions of bail is modified and the application shall report to the IO/SHO concerned once in every 3 months at 12 PM and he shall not be kept waiting for more than 1 hour.
9.
The application is allowed and disposed of and other terms and conditions of the order dated 28.02.2024 shall remain unamended.
