% 05.03.2024 Mr. Adarsh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner - NTPC Limited, states that he has been instructed to withdraw this petition, as the matter is covered by a judgment of the Division Bench dated 18.07.2023, in NTPC Ltd. v. L and T - MHPS Boilers Pvt. Ltd. [FAO(OS) (COMM) 45/2022] and connected matters.

Learned counsel for the parties confirm that the respondent - Larsen and Toubro Ltd., has no other claim arising out of revision of minimum wages for the same period.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with the above observation.
