Since an identical issue has been raised in both the abovesaid petitions, both the petitions have taken up together.

After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Shiv Charan Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner herein does not press the present petition. He submits that since in terms of the order dated 15.05.2025, the learned Trial CM(M) 1013/2025 & CM(M) 1020/2025 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Court has already granted liberty to the petitioner herein to file written arguments and to advance oral arguments on or before next date of hearing i.e. 29.05.2025, he would appear before the learned Additional Rent Controller tomorrow itself and would advance oral arguments and while advancing arguments, he would also draw the attention of the learned Controller with respect to his application moved under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
The pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.
