This is a petition filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator by a period of 18 months which expired on 31.08.2023. 2.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel appears for the respondent and has no objection to the same.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Tribunal is extended for a period of 18 months from 31.08.2023 to complete and publish the award.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel states that the disputes out of this invocation are not before CCI.

The petition is allowed and disposed of.
