% 06.03.2019 Counter affidavit has not been filed by the respondents since 09.02.2018 i.e. for more than a year. There is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that they do not wish to file any counter affidavit to the writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3-DDA submits that their counter affidavit is ready and that same would be filed in the
Registry within two days. Let the same be filed within two days, failing which their right to file the counter affidavit shall stand closed. Advance copy thereof be served on the learned counsel for the petitioners, who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within four weeks thereafter.
Respondents No.2 and 4 have not yet filed the counter affidavit despite opportunities. There is no appearance on their behalf either. Accordingly, the right of the said respondent Nos.2 and 4 to file the counter affidavit is closed.
