The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking extension of the interim bail granted to her, for a period of one month, on the ground that she requires to give post-surgery care to her daughter who was operated on 19.08.2019. The petitioner's daughter is aged nine years and the status report indicates that she was operated for knock knees. 2.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017. In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to extend her interim bail for a further period of fourteen days from today, on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the order dated 07.08.2019. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authorities on expiry of the said period. The petitioner shall also ensure that she does not contact any of the co-accused or witnesses while on interim bail.
