This application has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking modification of the Judgement dated 02.05.2024 in so far as it imposes a condition of furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, for releasing the applicant on bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that keeping in view the applicant's financial condition, he is unable to comply with the said condition.

Taking note of the same, the condition of releasing the applicant on bail is modified to the limited extent that, instead of furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, the applicant be released on bail subject to his furnishing a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
