O R D E R

These petitions have been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Orders passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal'), whereby the learned Tribunal, placing reliance on the order passed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, in O.A. No. 1067/2017, titled Tarsem Nath Kaushal & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., disposed of the Original Applications filed by the respondents herein, with a further direction that the retiral dues already released to the respondents shall be subject to adjudication by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, wherein a challenge against the said order is pending.

We are informed that the challenge to the aforesaid order of the Chandigarh Bench of the learned Tribunal has been dismissed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana vide its Judgment titled The Director General, All India Radio & Ors. v. Tarsem Nath Kaushal & Ors., 2025:PHHC:060491-DB.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioners sought to distinguish the said Judgment and re-argue the matter. We find no reason to differ with the findings of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

The petitions, along with the pending applications, are accordingly dismissed.

There shall be no orders as to costs.
