% 19.03.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] The present writ petition was filed by the petitioners challenging the constitutionality of Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act and order dated 07.08.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge under Section 143A of the Act directing payment of interim compensation. Vide order dated 04.09.2024, petitioners withdrew challenge of constitutionality. There are multiple defaults on the part of petitioners in appearing in this case. Since today also none appears, the petition as well as the pending applications are dismissed in default.
