The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0258/2019 under Sections 382/506/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Kishangarh, South-West, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

Although the petitioner has made a compelling case, the prayers as sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted, since the facts disclosed in the said FIR do suggest the commission of an offence. The status report has been filed which indicates that the investigation is over and a chargesheet is likely to be filed shortly.

Mr Mehra, learned standing counsel appearing for the State states, on instructions, that the same would be filed within a period of four weeks from today. In this view, no further orders are required to be passed in this

petition. All rights of the petitioner to object to the framing of charges are reserved. Clearly, if it is found that the said FIR is vexatious, necessary action for prosecuting the complainant can also be initiated. 4.
