This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking ex-parte ad interim orders. 2.

Since, an Arbitrator has been appointed today in ARB.P. 116/2024, it is directed that the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the interim order dated 01.09.2023 shall continue till the application under Section 17 is adjudicated upon.

It is clarified that the learned Arbitrator shall not be influenced by the observations recorded in the order dated 25.01.2024. 4.
