Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing Respondents to transfer investigation of FIR No.0177/2024 under Sections 323/341/427/34 IPC registered at PS: Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi, to a senior Police officer. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the FIR already stands quashed vide Order dated 21.08.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRL.M.C. 5792/2025 titled Mayank Sharma and Ors. vs. State of NCT of Delhi and Ors.

In view of aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present Writ Petition. 4.

In view of submissions made, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
