The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would require the demand draft, that was deposited with the Registry of this Court, in order to make the payment to the complainant. She requests that directions be issued to the Registry to return the said demand draft. It is, accordingly, so directed. 2.

It is also clarified that in addition to the amount of the demand draft, the petitioner would also pay the interest as directed in Paragraph no. 6 of the order dated 06.01.2020. Let the amount be paid within a period of one week from today. The order dated 06.01.2020 is modified to that extent. 3.
