This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 24th December 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 17916/2024. The relevant orders passed are as under:

"6. In the light of this stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's legal notice dated 09.09.2024 as a representation and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks.

7. Needless to state, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the respondent, it will be open for the petitioner to seek legal recourse as permissible in law on all grounds including the grounds raised in the present petition."

It is made clear that petition is being disposed of on this undertaking; if there is any infraction of this undertaking, contempt proceedings will be initiated on the concerned officer.

The petition is disposed of with above directions, with right to petitioner to revive the same in case of any continued infraction. 6.
