Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he is not pressing the prayers made in the petitions and wishes to withdraw the petitions, in case the petitioner is granted thirty days' time to make the payment of Rs.2,00,000/-.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted thirty days' time from today to make the payment of Rs.2,00,000/- to comply the order dated 3.7.2019 of the Trial Court. It is clarified that in case the petitioner does not make the aforesaid payment, the Trial Court may pass orders as per law.
