Learned counsel for respondent no. 2/accused submits that the case has already reached at the stage of final arguments. Such fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above, no real purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending any further.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of without giving any observation on the merits of the present petition. 7.
