M.A. 1195/2020 (for modification of order dated 10.12.2019) By way of this application the petitioner prays that he be released on furnishing one surety of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.20,000/- only to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant. Accordingly, the application is allowed and petitioner be released on furnishing of personal bond with one surety of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs. 20,000/- to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendant. The application is disposed of accordingly.
