None appears for the petitioner inspite of passover. 2.
The counsel for the respondent IDBI Bank Ltd. states that the petition is false and frivolous.

The petition seeks a mandamus to return the original documents submitted by the petitioner on 1st March, 2007 for issuance of Bank Realization Certificates. 4.
The counsel for the respondent Bank states, that the petitioner had approached the respondent Bank and had deposited documents of export of certain goods and on the basis thereof the respondent Bank issued the Inward Remittance Certificate to the petitioner and on the basis of such Inward Remittance Certificates, the petitioner availed of duty drawback; however subsequently, documents furnished by the petitioner were found to be fabricated and fake. Reference in this regard is invited to the judgment dated 2nd February, 2010 in W.P.(C) No.10100/2009 earlier filed by the petitioner at page 92 of the paper book.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
