This suit is instituted by the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from using the impugned trademarks RANG ART / and its variants namely BAVUK RANG, RANG DRIVYA, RANG ROLLI, CHANCHAL RANG, DEEPTI RANG, UTKARSH RANG and SHUBHRA RANG or any other trademark deceptively similar to Plaintiff's registered trademark RANG amounting to infringement of Plaintiff's trademark bearing registration numbers 3450086, 4909166 and 4962204 and passing off, amongst other reliefs.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 18.03.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.

Suit along with pending application stand disposed of. 6.
Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
