The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.4581/2018. 2.

Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has disposed of the original application/OA filed by the petitioner by directing the respondents to pass a speaking order on his pending representations dated 18.09.2018 and 10.10.2018 by taking into account the decision of this Court in Ram Niwas Bansal Vs. State Bank of Patiala and Anr., 1998 (4) SLR 711. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice submits that a speaking order deciding the petitioner's representations has already been passed on 10.01.2024, and copy thereof has been filed on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In the light of this position when the impugned order in itself stands implemented, we see no reason to entertain the present petition at this stage, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. It is however, made clear that it will be open to petitioner to assail the fresh order dated 10.01.2024 in accordance with law.
