% 20.02.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties inform us at the Bar that OA No. 494/2017 has finally been heard by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal and judgment thereon has been reserved on 21st September, 2017.

Our attention has also been drawn to the order dated 15th September, 2017, passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 8232/2017 titled as "Union of India vs. Jagdish Prasad & Anr.", between the parties, whereby, a Division Bench of this Court had disposed of the said petition with a request to the Tribunal to take up the main petition i.e. OA No. 494/2017 for arguments on 20th September, 2017, so that judgment could be pronounced as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the foregoing, the only course of action that commends itself to us is to request the learned Central Administrative Tribunal to render a decision in OA No. 494/2017, which has been reserved for judgment on 21st September, 2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from today. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
