Learned APP submitted that neither the charge has been framed nor the prosecutrix has been examined so far. Learned APP further submitted that the prosecutrix shall be examined immediately after the framing of the charge, if any. 3.

In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to hear the arguments on the point of charge positively on the next date of hearing and expedite the proceedings.
