The parties have settled their disputes.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall pay a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- to the petitioner in the following manner: i.

Rs. 1,00,000/- before 25th October, 2025;

ii.

Rs. 2,00,000/- before 25th November, 2025;

iii.

Rs. 3,00,000/- before 25th December, 2025.

Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is agreeable to the same.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pay the aforesaid amount in the aforesaid manner.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
