The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 239/2024 of PS Hauz Qazi for offence under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS on medical grounds.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant refers to the medical status report dated 13.05.2025 of the accused applicant issued by the office of the Senior Medical Officer, Central Jail No. 4, Tihar. 4.
