Petitioner is an employee of an organization which is run under the aegis of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Managing Committee. Accordingly, by applying Section 32(d) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 this Court would not have jurisdiction, as the Court which has jurisdiction will be the Court of the concerned District Judge. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that instead of dismissing this petition, this petition be transferred by a consent order to the concerned Court of the District Judge and which will be the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 3.

There is no opposition to the request made on behalf of counsel for the petitioner by the respondents.

Accordingly, this writ petition is transferred for decision to District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Let parties appear before the District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 18th April, 2017.
