1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners candidly states that the Petitioners have been unable to arrange to pay Rs. 54,51,905.59 to the Respondent Bank in terms of the order dated 23rd August, 2019. He prays for some more time.
2. Considering that one month's time was granted to the Petitioners on the Petitioners' assurance, the Court is not inclined to grant any further time for that purpose. In that view of the matter, the interim order passed by this Court on 23rd August, 2019 is hereby vacated. However, in the event of the Petitioner is able to make payment of the above sum within a further period of 4 weeks to the Bank, then the Bank will not put the property to auction
till then.
3. The writ petition and the application are dismissed in the above terms. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
