% 06.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th July, 2016 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.1989/2016, whereby the representation of respondent No.6 (brother of the petitioner) with respect to his contention that the unauthorised construction being raised by him at property bearing No.D-108, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi, is protected under the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Special Laws Act), 2007 was to be answered by the respondents No.1 to 5 in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the aforesaid order, respondents No.1 to 5 have not decided the representation of respondent No.6 till date.

Keeping in view the fact that no specific time was stipulated in the order dated 25th July, 2016, present contempt petition is disposed

of with a direction to respondent nos.1 to 5 to decide the representation of respondent no.6 within two weeks. In the event, representation of respondent no.6 is not decided within the stipulated period, the petitioner is at liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition.
