This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of letter dated 06.03.2014, whereby DDA levied composition fee of Rs. 2,32,99,583/- as also for a direction to DDA to refund the said amount to the Petitioner, which was paid under protest, along with interest @ 18% per annum.

Mr. Arjun Pant, learned counsel for DDA, on instructions from Mr. Vidya Bhushan, Deputy Director (IL), who is present in Court, submits that DDA shall refund an amount of Rs.1,86,89,416/- plus Rs.5,77,775/- to the Petitioner within a maximum period of four weeks from today. 3.

In light of the assurance given on behalf of DDA, it is directed that amount of Rs. 1,92,67,191/- shall be refunded to the Petitioner within a W.P.(C) 820/2015 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. maximum period of four weeks from today along with interest @ 6% per annum. If the amount is not paid within four weeks, interest will be paid @ 9% per annum till actual payment. Authorized representative of the Petitioner shall meet Mr. Vidya Bhushan within two days from today to complete all necessary formalities for refund of the amount. 4.
