The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 692/2022 dated 24.08.2022, registered at Police Station Burari for offences under Sections 306/511/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The FIR was registered on a complaint given by the victim thereby alleging that the applicant, after intoxicating her had committed rape and had also taken photos and videos of the act. 5.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. relationship with the applicant.

On being pointedly asked, it is informed that 11 out of 16 witnesses have already been examined. The trial thus seems to be at the fag end and is likely to conclude in the near future. 7.

Thus, considering the stage of trial, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application. 8.

The bail application stands dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file afresh in case the trial does not conclude within a period of six months.
