The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that he be granted bail in connection with FIR No. 336/2017 under Sections 341/354-|A/354-B/354-C/354-D/376/506/120-B/34 of the IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at P.S. Mayur Vihar.

The material witnesses have been examined and this Court is informed that only the Investigating Officer remains to be examined. 5.

It is also stated that the other two co-accused have already been

released on bail. The petitioner has been in custody since 18.09.2017. 6.

Considering the above, this Court considers it apposite to direct that the petitioner be released on bail, subject to certain conditions. 7.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on him furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The petitioner shall shift his residence and not visit the locality where the prosecutrix resides. The petitioner shall make no endeavour to contact the prosecutrix. The petitioner shall also provide his contact details to the concerned SHO and ensure that he is reachable at all times. The petitioner shall also ensure that he attends all the hearings before the Trial Court. 8.

The petition is disposed of.
