The present execution petition has been pending for the last five years. The judgement debtors have not been served at the address known to the decree holder.

The decree holder for the last one year has been trying to ascertain fresh address of the judgment debtors but has not been able to do so. 3.

For the said reasons, the present execution petition is closed granting liberty to the decree holder to revive the same as and when fresh address of the judgment debtors becomes available.
